Intézményünk megkezdte a felkészülést a soron következő Erasmus+ mobilitásokra. A 2024-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000226796 pályázat keretében oktatóink Lengyelországban és Romániában tanulmányozhatják a felnőttoktatás területén alkalmazott innovatív módszereket és jó gyakorlatokat.
A kiutazó oktatói delegáció kiválasztása után elindult a komplex felkészítési program, amely elengedhetetlen a külföldi programok sikeréhez és a szakmai célok megvalósításához. A felkészülési időszak során a résztvevők megismerkednek a mobilitás szakmai céljaival, a tervezett programmal, valamint a fogadó intézmények tevékenységével. Emellett hangsúlyt kapnak a kulturális ismeretek, a kommunikációs felkészítés, valamint a projekt sikeres megvalósításához szükséges szervezési feladatok is.
Célunk, hogy kollégáink naprakész tudással, magabiztos nyelvi háttérrel és átfogó célrendszerrel érkezzenek meg a nemzetközi partnerintézményekhez.
A gondos előkészítés biztos alapot teremt ahhoz, hogy a mobilitás során szerzett tapasztalatok minél hatékonyabban hasznosuljanak majd intézményünk mindennapi szakmai munkájában.
Preparations Have Begun for the Upcoming International Mobilities
Our institution has officially started the preparations for the upcoming Erasmus+ mobility activities. Within the framework of project 2024-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000226796, our teachers will have the opportunity to visit Poland and Romania to explore innovative methods and good practices in the field of adult education.
Following the selection of the participating teaching staff, a comprehensive preparation programme has been launched. This programme is essential for the successful implementation of the mobilities and the achievement of the project's professional objectives. During the preparation phase, participants will become familiar with the educational goals of the mobilities, the planned programme, and the activities of the host institutions. Particular emphasis is also placed on cultural awareness, communication skills, and the organisational aspects necessary for the successful implementation of the project.
Our aim is to ensure that our colleagues arrive at the partner institutions equipped with up-to-date professional knowledge, the language confidence required for international cooperation, and a clear understanding of the project's objectives.
Thorough preparation provides a solid foundation for ensuring that the knowledge and experience gained during the mobilities can be effectively integrated into the everyday professional practice of our institution.
